Vivek Chhibber is a seasoned real estate entrepreneur and strategic advisor with over a decade of hands-on leadership experience in the Delhi–NCR property market. As the Founder of Jaguar Realty, he leads a boutique real estate consultancy built on the principles of integrity, market intelligence, and client-first execution.

Vivek began his entrepreneurial journey by co-founding Primo Realty Pvt. Ltd. in 2011, where he established strong partnerships with leading developers across NCR and earned a reputation for delivering end-to-end property solutions. Over the years, he has developed deep expertise in residential and commercial advisory, investment structuring, and regulatory navigation
